Training – FIRM Success

How many times have you said, “I want that, but I don’t have enough money,” or “I want to do that, but I don’t have enough time.” Are you settling for just getting by? Or are you really living your life?

If you’re like me you got yourself into a funk because you traded dreams and freedom for security, stability, and benefits. But whenever we do that, we lose a little of ourselves.

I call it the golden handcuffs. You are living comfortably, but you aren’t what you really want to be. You’re waiting to retire to do what you really want to do. But what if retirement never comes? What if you die early or the economy crashes and all your hard saved cash is gone?

Let me be clear, I love my employer, and I like my job, but it does not provide the kind of personal fulfillment that I’m talking about. I have a purpose in this world and I’m sorry but it isn’t about helping someone be more efficient in their interactions with their financial company. I was put here to inspire, instruct, and encourage. I was created to be a powerful force for good.

As a broker, I used to say to my clients, “It’s always the right time to be invested appropriately.” And I’m telling you today, “It is always the right time to live your purpose.”

So today, I’m going to teach you the 4 steps that changed my life. It is a very simple process, but it is crucial to obtain success:

Focus Inspire Release Move

Focus: Clear away the excess and become crystal clear on your goals.

Inspire: Wrap that goal in positive emotion and believe you can do it.

Release: Let go of the past and get rid of the negative thoughts in your mind.

Move: Nothing gets accomplished without action. Do it, even if you’re scared.

I’ve been collecting tools and resources to help me to make these steps habit. And I can teach you, if you’re interested. Maybe you know a few tools yourself. Are you doing them? Are you following the steps?
