Our Story
B. Rich Consulting was created to help people develop their passions and connect with others. It is through our networks that we learn and are inspired. Networking is a powerful way to accomplish goals and establish personal worth. And the most important person in your network is you.
Our dream is to teach and encourage people to get involved in their communities. Giving to charities is wonderful, but stepping up and stepping out is what brings charity into your heart. Our wish is for everyone to be successful and use their success to build each other up.
Brett founded B. Rich Consulting so that his message of hope inspires people all over to go for their dreams. Our goal is to help everyone develop their talents and find the power within themselves to achieve greatness. It is our desire to build people up and give them the tools to be successful.

Brett Rich
Introception Specialist
Brett Rich lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and two sons. An avid youth leader and mentor, Brett appreciates the power that the youth of this world have and works to develop future leaders. As a committee member of a local networking organization, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Brett has been instrumental in doubling local membership and helping individuals to get involved at work and in their communities. He serves on the board of a local non-profit that he helped to organize, raising money for and helping parents to get involved in their children’s education. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Business from the University of Utah and is currently working in the finance industry.
Bobby Glen James
Accountability Manager
Bobby fought his way through school with a learning disability, became a successful business owner, and then graduated from college. He never gave up on what he was determined to do even though the difficulties were astronomical. He is the president of SpeakUp – Professional Speakers Studio. He is an entrepreneur that has founded or been a part of over 20 startups. He is highly passionate which also makes him a compelling trainer. Bobby is the author of “8 Wisdoms” a great book for those looking for insight into a more successful life. You and only you are accountable for what you do and what you do not do. Don’t wait for a miracle. Never make excuses, no one is coming to save you. Stop blaming! Start owning!!
Troy Rueckert
Innovation Consultant
Troy Rueckert lives in West Jordan, UT. He is the father of 4 boys and avid player of building blocks. Has served in a number of leadership positions in his community, from head “Janitor” to adult and youth leader. Received a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering that has been utilized for the last 8 years. His professional career has spanned to engineering areas domestic products, and military electronics. An active member of the local Engineers Without Boarders developing designs for water well construction equipment that can be fully manufactured in Africa. An avid researcher of innovation concepts, including finding how your passions fit into, or change, your environment. Questioner of the way businesses do what they do in the effort to create more value and reduce waste.
